27/03/10 - The IMO is delighted to announce its collaboration with the Norwegian Youth Chamber Music Festival where several IMO members will perform in the festival's next edition (04-10/10/2010) under the direction of Yoel Gamzou. http://www.nycmf.com/
13/02/09 - The IMO is delighted to announce its participation in the upcoming Judische Kulturtage Festival in Berlin. On this occasion, the IMO and Yoel Gamzou will be the festival's "Artists in Residence" and will perform (Final Concert, 05/09/2010) Schumann's Piano Concerto (with pianist Elisha Abas) and premiere Mahler's 10th Symphony in the completed version by Yoel Gamzou. This concert will be the first ever symphony-concert in a German synagogue since the 2nd world war. More information will follow in due course.
10/11/09 - The IMO is delighted to announce its partnership with PODIUM Festival Esslingen. Starting from the next festival, the IMO will collaborate with PODIUM in creating "Festival Strings" - a string orchestra consisting of members of the IMO and soloists participating in the festival. We are delighted to take part in such a fantastic up-and-coming festival and are looking forward to April! (The festival is taking place in Esslingen (near Stuttgart, Germany) between the 20/04/10-25/04/10. http://www.podiumfestival.de/
05/02/09 - The IMO is delighted to have completed the first set of studio-recording sessions for its first CD. Two works of Mahler were recorded - an arrangement of the Adagio-Finale from Symphony No. 9 and the Serenade-Nachtmusik from Symphony No. 7.
15/11/08 - The IMO announces parts of its next season - members Elena and Emanuel Graf will be featured as soloists with the Brahms Double Concerto, as well as harpist Marianne Lecler with a versatile harp-oriented programme. Precise dates will follow soon.
10/10/08 - The IMO announces the appointments of Elena Graf as 1st Concertmaster, Max Simon as Principal of 2nd Violins and Emanuel Graf as Principal-Cello.
08/09/07 - The IMO announces its Paris debut in the Salle Gaveau on February 18th, featuring young soloist Henriette Fauth and Schubert's Symphony No. 9.
28/08/07 - IMO members Tristan Thery and Kajana Packo present an outstanding concert in St. Jean de Luz as a part of the "Festival Musique en cote Basque", featuring works of Kodaly and Ravel for violin and cello.

18/06/07 - The IMO is delighted to announce the engagement of two young members as soloists for the 07-08 season. Celia Schann and Henriette Fauth will play Mozart's A Major Violin Concerto and Prokofiev's First Violin Concerto in Spoleto, London and Paris respectively.
